How do I redeem my e-voucher(s)?
Send a copy of your e-voucher(s) or quote the unique voucher code to our Reservations Agent to redeem your e-voucher(s). Please note that all e-voucher(s) may only be used once. How long is the e-voucher valid for?
The expiration date of the e-voucher is clearly stated on the product description when you view the item on shop.lexis.my, and is cleary written on the e-voucher. Validity period of e-voucher(s) may be extended only in the case that a government mandated travel ban or restriction is imposed by the Malaysian Government, and/or as extended from time to time. The appropriate period of the mandated travel ban/restriction shall be applied onto the preceding validity period of the e-voucher(s). Lexis Hotel Group reserves the rights to change, modify, or amend the conditions herein at any time without prior notice. Any requests on extensions not related to government or Covid-19 restrictions will not be entertained.
How many people to a room?
Each room at Lexis Hotels and Resorts differ in size, and have different bed configurations. All room e-vouchers sold are for TWO (2) persons stay & amenities. Maximum occupants allowed are four persons (4) per room. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants as per hotel policy is chargeable at the discretion of the Hotel.
Does the room have a private pool?
All rooms at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, Grand Lexis Port Dickson, and Lexis Suites Penang come with a private pool. Lexis Port Dickson rooms do not have private pools, however, a bathtub is available in the rooms.
What happens if I lose my voucher?
Lexis Hotel Group and its subsidiaries shall not be held responsible for the loss of any e-voucher(s) and any losses or damages suffered by the bearer of e-voucher(s) arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of the e-voucher(s). All e-voucher(s) are delivered via e-mail. Please ensure a safe copy of your e-voucher(s) and receipt are kept to avoid any dissapointment.
Are there surcharges for weekends, or holiday periods?
A surcharge of RM150nett per room per night is applicable on the eve and day of public holidays, and on festive periods (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas etc.). Please refer to our Reservations team to enquire on surcharge information and dates. Where applicable, a surcharge of RM100nett per room per night is applicable for guaranteed sea view rooms, subject to availability. All surcharges must be paid upon completion of room booking, via a secure online payment collection link (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Alipay, WeChatPay & UnionPay accepted).
Does the room e-voucher come with breakfast?
No, all room e-vouchers sold are for ONE (1) room and amenities for TWO (2) persons only, valid for one (1) night stay. Unless explicitly expressed on the e-voucher, no meals are included.
How soon should I book my room using my e-voucher?
Room reservations must be made minimum SEVEN (7) days in advance; e-voucher(s) number must be provided during room booking. Rooms are subject to availability.
What must I bring when I check-in at the Hotel?
A print-out of the redeemed e-voucher(s) must be presented upon check-in, and must match the voucher number used during booking. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if the printed e-voucher(s) is not presented upon check-in. In addition, official identification (NRIC / Passport) is required for guest registration.
Once I make a booking, can I change it?
Once confirmed, bookings cannot be amended. E-voucher(s) used for the booking will also be voided in the case of any no show.
Can I fish at the Hotel?
Yes, you can fish at Lexis Port Dickson, Grand Lexis Port Dickson, and at the beach area of Lexis Suites Penang. However, at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, fishing is allowed at the Hotel, as the waters are protected by the local environment authorities. Fishing rods will not be allowed into hotel premises.
How do I buy Lexis e-voucher(s)?
It's easy! Simply click on the product(s) you prefer and add it to your cart. Please review your cart before check out. If you have any doubts or questions on any products, please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the site, or contact our Office at +603-2082 0333. We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) & FPX (Malaysian Ringgit only). Payments are processed via our nominated third party payment processor, Stripe. We will not issue the E-Voucher(s) to you unless and until full payment is received. If we are unable to authorise your payment, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and give you the opportunity to rectify the issue. If we are unable to do so, we will cancel the order.
How will I receive my e-voucher(s)?
Once payment is successful, an email will be sent to your address provided upon check-out, which includes your e-voucher(s) and receipt.
Is a deposit required upon check-in?
Yes, a mandatory deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in, at RM200 for villas, and RM600 for suites. Credit cards or cash is accepted. This amount is refundable if there are no pending charges or bills at check-out.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in time is at 3.00pm while check-out time is at 11.00am. Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. A nominal charge may be applied for late check-out.
What if I change my mind on the room type, and want to upgrade the room?
Any request for a specific room will be subject to a surcharge. The surcharge amount differs for the type of request made. For more information and details, please do not hesitate to contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Can I cook at the hotel?
Cooking in the rooms, outside food & raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are prohibited at the Resort.
